Marcie has two complementary offerings for Salary Negotiation Coaching. The first is a written portion in an easy-to-follow video format. The training will provide you with insights and tips to understand factors in the negotiation process to help you determine a negotiation strategy.
That can stand alone or be supplemented (which is highly recommended) with a live, one-on-one mock salary negotiation tailored to your background and the position, followed immediately by the interview coaching feedback. You will then receive a written summary of the interview with advice on further planning and practice.
