
Marcie Niedbalski, Owner, is an Employment Consultant with extensive experience supporting candidates in their job search efforts. She can leverage her deep understanding of what recruiters are looking for, and more importantly, how to get past the applicant tracking system, to make sure your application is seen by a human!
Marcie has deep expertise in the employment sector. She started in the staffing industry in 1999, serving many roles in staffing for various companies and industries. She has an MBA from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University.
In addition to her extensive recruiting career, she taught a college class for three years on all aspects of gaining employment. She also taught an interviewing class at City Rescue Mission for years, and co-developed and taught a Career Transition Workshop.
She now utilizes her deep industry knowledge to serve the other side of the desk. She assists job seekers with resume and CV creation and editing, as well as LinkedIn profile development/consulting, career coaching, interview coaching, and salary negotiation coaching. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW).
